Driving tuition is becoming a popular career choice for many people. With the growth in popularity of the car, growth in out of town shopping centres and workplaces, it is more and more necessary for people to have a driving licence. The result is a constant and growing pool of pupils which gives us new business all the time. There is therefore a great opportunity for those wishing to start their own business on a self employed basis with us, another school or out on their own. The training and examinations process is hard and we want to help you through it.
Also, the system can be quite confusing with many different options available. Some of you will want to take those options, others wont and thefore a one-size-fits-all approach to learning and charging for the course is not possible. Therefore we want to offer flexibility with our options, offering better value than all the local and national schools whilst also offering what in our opinion is the best quality tuition around.
We can promise this because we will promise you will ALWAYS be given ONE-TO-ONE TUITION throughout the in-car parts of your course, No other provider that I know of give this promise and most only offer tuition where there is one instructor with two candidates preparing for their tests. We will also include as part of the price one attempt at each part of the tests. This means we are the only provider who you can train and qualify with and have nothing else to pay! We will be open and honest about any extra costs you may incur along the way through us or the DSA.
What options are available?
Option 1 – £2395
This will include : -
Books & Theory disc
1 attempt at part 1
20 hours training for part 2 and 1 attempt at test
40 hours training for part 3 and 1 attempt at test
Then with this option you can go on trainee licence once 40 hours is
completed and signed for . You must then complete an additional 20 hours (included in the £2395) price, within 12 weeks of the trainee badge being issued.
Once on your trainee badge you can teach real pupils and take money for lessons. You would then move onto our normal franchise structure which is explained on the website.
Option 2 £1995
This will include : -
Books & Theory disc
1 attempt at part 1
20 hours training for part 2 and 1 attempt at test
40 hours training for part 3 and 1 attempt at test
If you then decide to go for trainee badge they would have to pay
for additional 20 hours at £20 per hour. This is because for this option it is not included in the price.
Both options can be paid in full or over 10 or 12 months, but a deposit of
at least £200 must be paid in advance.
Option 3 – Pay As you Go – £25 per hour
This options allows you to become a driving instructor without having to find as much money up front. It also tends to allow you to stop and start your tuition around your other commitments. The £25 per hour fee is very competitive but please bear in mind that this is only for the time you spend with the instructor. You will have to pay for your test fees, books, CD-ROMs and anything else you may need.
There are DSA requirements for the minimum amounts of tuition for each part of the test. So you will need to budget for taking at least 60 lessons to be able to sit your tests. As you are not paying the full course we are able under this option to just do certain parts of the qualification process or even give you just a few hours helkp if you are struggling with a particular part.
