Our franchise is one of the most competitive in the industry and everything is based from low-cost back office operations and simple systems to keep the franchise low to you and therefore allow our customers to get cheaper lessons while still making a good profitable income.

All driving instructors need to be very reliable, patient and self motivated. Instructors also need to be fully-qualified unless able to travel for Glasgow for training(at present). I want you to be able to drive my brand forward making both our businesses expand successfully. Your customers must see you as a true professional and remember that just one unhappy pupil spreads the word. It is your area, you want to be busy and to do this good reports and word of mouth need to spread. Despite all of the investment in advertising I have made over the years, over 60% of business in our current operating area is still generated through word-of-mouth. This is acheived by providing the best possible service at all times and when things do go wrong dealing with it in a professional, fair manner to the customer.

You are probably now thinking what do I get for my franchise fee?

Well first and foremost you have my word and I’m sure my other instructors will vouch for this that I will try my utmost to keep you busy at all times. Indeed, it is currently(at the time of writing) one week into December and the instructors are still overall very busy with the traditional seasonal drop off not hit us yet, even in a recession. I will only take on new instructors within an existing area when I’m sure there is a business need and work to support them. You will also benefit from a roof sign, marketing stickers(web address for back screen/pass plus/adi badge) and basic stationary necessary to run your business(appointment cards, business cards, mock test sheets, recap sheets).

There is the website which provides our ’shop window’ and has won many compliments over the years and offers options such as credit card payments which are obviously passed on to the instructor. And of course there is someone at the other end of the phone for any advice or support. Successful advertising is already in place for many areas and surrounding areas and is currently being implemented nationally.

In fact the very fact you have arrived on the site shows that this marketing is in place.

Due to the low cost of the franchise, although this is the case with most local driving schools anyway, the cost of promotional offers(such as 5 for £80) will be taken by you. Although this cost isn’t huge, the highest being the equivilent of a free lesson. Please see Special Offers page for details of the offers. New ideas for offers in the future would be discussed between myself and all instructors.

Franchise payment will be made by standing order. On franchise free weeks you can either stop this payment or I will set up a refund of the franchise at my end.
